EVERYBODY I have spoken to who was at the party on Saturday LOVED the food. I haven't even asked them, they just tell me that the food was amazing. I know several of them took your card. I hope one of them throws a party that you cater so I can taste more of the food -- Chris and I were late arrivals and so distracted that we didn't get to taste everything. But it was a big success. Kris did a great job managing everything and the cook's assistant (whose name I forget) was very good as well.

Thanks for making it such a great party! Keep me posted on your Georgetown plans.

Dear Jonathan,

Steve and I wanted to write you a note to thank you for the incredible catering you provided at our home this spring.

It was so easy sitting with you and designing a menu, even though at the time we didn't know if there would be twenty or fifty people in our home!! Your suggestions were perfect and the night went off without a hitch!! You and your staff kept us calm during the last hour before our guests arrived by being there early and prepared, even when we, ourselves, were not ready!! All of your recommendations were excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, beginning with the passed hors d'ouvers to the sit down dinner for fifty and then on to the dessert stations. We loved how you designed the display of our kitchen with the flowers, the bread display, the buffet for the entrees and the pretty desserts at the end of the evening. Steve and I were allowed to enjoy all of our guests without a care that night, which is undoubtedly a first for us in entertaining!!! Your staff were all very hard-working, gave the same attention to detail as you did, and were conscientious all evening long, until the last crumb was cleaned up!!

We opened our home for Mercy Learning Center in Bridgeport, and a special thanks to you for being generous in leaving a donation for the charity yourself! That is certainly a reflection on the type of individual which you are. We look forward to working together with you on future events, both large and small, in our home!!
