is an art and a passion. Combined with 20 years experience in catering and event
planning, it becomes the quality service your can count on.
Jonathan
Mathias graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America in 1981 and ever
since dedicated himself to the field by constantly acquiring new knowledge
and passing it on to apprentice chefs.
As
a teaching fellow at the Culinary Institute, Jonathan also passed on his knowledge in wines
and wine selection, dining room management, and table side preparation.
a
dash of salt is also an active member of the community. As a group, a
dash of salt gives back by
assisting non-profits in organizing fund raisers and other events where food is
served, and, assists food shelters with some of their dietary needs.
Jonathan
is very proud of the staff at a dash of salt who work very hard at making
all catering experiences pleasant and memorable events.
